While I must acknowledge that all the staff, from reception to the dentist, were kind and friendly throughout the process, I felt a significant lack of transparency in the communication, which frankly made me feel cheated and treated as if I didn't understand the situation. It is essential that all cost information be clear, consistent, and provided in writing from the outset, without last-minute changes, to avoid these kinds of misunderstandings.
