We stayed for a weekend as a group of three. The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach and walking areas. It's spacious, well-equipped, bright, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

Great spacious modern apartments with everything you need. Very quick service for any type od questions or requests we had (e.g. kitchen kids chair). Close to some beautiful Miradoros and the San Juan Beach with lots of great spots. To get to the city it is also easy to take Trams / Buses closeby and there are 2 big supermarkets in walking distance.

We just stayed 4 nights in this new, clean, very well equipped apartment, with modern architecture and a generous terrace. The location was superb, in a quiet residential area, just 10 minutes from San Juan beach, with easy access to public transport, market and restaurants. The owners were very kind, they helped us with everything we needed, at any time. Also the manager, Emil, gave us all the info we requested. There is a nice cafe on site, just good for a coffee and a croissant or sandwich to start the day. We will definitely come back here! Alicante is a great holiday destiation!

We just spent two nights at the Mar apartments in playa San Juan and I have to say they were excellent! We booked a last minute stay and they showed us a huge amount of flexibility with our requirements. The apartment itself is super well kitted out, they’ve really thought through the customer experience with everything from a clothes horse and hair dryer to all the amenities of the kitchen you could want (washing up liquid, salt, wine glasses) several bottles of ice cold water waiting for you in the fridge and a coffee machine in the room to get you set for the day, to name a few!! When we arrived they also gave our little one a puzzle to keep him entertained A legitimate ‘dog friendly’ apartments too. A few minutes walk to a small beach or the main one. We will be returning for sure. Thank you for a great stay!!

We spent a week in an apartment and loved it. Every detail was taken care of, the cleanliness was impeccable, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt new, spacious, and bright. It's close to the beach, located in a quieter area, which is perfect for relaxing. Both the owners and Emil (the manager) were incredibly kind and attentive, and they did thoughtful things for us that we truly appreciated. The café downstairs is also a great bonus. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend, thank you!

The apartment is spacious, very comfortable, the bed is great, it has all the utensils you need, they leave water, salt, etc. The towels dry really well, it's a very quiet area, and there's always parking available. The service was excellent! It's a convenient place since the beach is just a 7-minute walk away.

We spent the weekend in the apartment and loved it. Everything was very well maintained, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, almost like home. The location is excellent: just a few meters from the beach, perfect for strolling and enjoying a beautiful area. MarApartments was a great discovery, and we will definitely return. I recommend it 100%. Additionally, Emil was very kind and always checked if we needed anything. And what I liked the most: it's pet friendly! Perfect for traveling with our pet.

I booked the Superior Apartment for a 5-night stay with my mum, and we couldn’t have been happier. The apartment was super comfortable and absolutely spotless on arrival. It was also very nicely furnished. The complex is located in a quiet residential area, yet just a short walk from the beach and the restaurants of San Juan. There’s a lovely café onsite with very friendly staff, serving great coffee, a delicious selection of pastries and other options. Any queries we had were answered promptly. Nice modern apartments with everything you may need for family stay, even a cute cafe around the corner, though for additional payment. Why not five stars? Noise insulation is so-so, even with closed windows neighbors' kids won't allow you to sleep for too long in the mornings. If you take a double bedroom suite then you may have issues with wifi signal in the farthest room. Though if the weather is good, who stays in apartments in Alicante?

I have vacationed there for two consecutive years. The apartments are new, very clean, tastefully decorated, and just a 10-minute walk from San Juan beach in the Cabo Huertas area. Both the bed and the sofa bed are incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is huge. The living area with kitchen is perfectly equipped for a pleasant stay. The television is large, and the bar is fantastic. Highly recommended in a very quiet area that is only a 10-minute walk to a promenade with several places to eat and dine, as well as artisan shops to treat yourself.
