Amazing functional training center, 100% recommended. The trainer, Gijs Winters, is wonderful and makes even the demanding classes very manageable. The rest of the staff is equally professional and friendly. A special mention for the receptionist, Juan Carlos, who always greets you with a big smile that brightens your morning.

Fantastic experience at the Pilates classes! Sofia teaches energetic, fun, and varied classes. The reception staff is excellently organized and always friendly. The studio is brand new and very clean. I'll be back next summer!

I highly recommend this clinic, both for its entire team and the variety of services they offer. I've been going to Gijs for functional training since 2022 and I'm delighted with the results. He's very professional, the classes are very enjoyable, and the groups he forms make us train with even more enthusiasm. I've also been to Fran's physiotherapy office for an injury, and his treatment is very warm and professional. A key part of the clinic is Tamara, who not only works at the reception desk but also manages all the patients/clients and is wonderful with everyone. The rest of the team is also very friendly; going there is like being at home.

From the reception to the physiotherapists, they are a highly professional team with incredible human qualities.
