The beds are comfortable, it's in a quiet area, and parking is easy. Mercadona is just a minute away, and the health center is right across the street. The staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet costs almost €15. The historic center is a 15-minute walk away. It's better not to go by car. The price is affordable since it's a weekday and low season.

An exceptional hotel. I give it 5 stars because there aren't more; otherwise, I would give more. Unique and professional service. The reception staff greet you with a smile and warm kindness. The restaurant staff are very attentive, affectionate, and respectful. To conclude, I will say one phrase: I felt at home. Keep it up 🙏

This hotel worked out perfectly for our one-night stop in Cartagena. It was easy to find using maps, and when we arrived, Javier greeted us warmly. He shared helpful information about what to see and where to go. He made us feel very welcome. We parked our car in the locked lot behind the building, which gave us extra peace of mind that we didn't have to unload all our luggage. It was easy to get in and out. (It appeared there is street parking around the hotel if you need that option.) We had two rooms and they were comfortable and quiet. We liked the beds and pillows and everything was clean. Nice coffee maker in the room. Spacious bathroom and good water pressure in the shower. Wifi was easy to use and adequate. Not super fast, but I don't expect that at hotels. Grocery store right next door and easy 20-25 minute walk to sightseeing in town were both convenient. We were happy with our choice to stay here and will stay again if we get back this way. A perfect hotel to enjoy Cartagena and its surroundings. The location, slightly away from the historic center, makes street parking much easier if you don't want to use the hotel parking, and it is also situated in a quiet area. It's very convenient that there is a Mercadona across from the hotel for anything you might need. The hotel staff is very friendly and always willing to assist guests with their needs. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet is very varied. Highly recommended for a visit to Cartagena.

The staff was really friendly and nice. Breakfast great - they had all essentials. The hotel room itself was however not really clean - if I was not exhausted I would have asked either to give another room or to clean mine. Bathroom was full of dark hair - quite disgusting. But well, the price was also super cheap - not sure if cleaning is included in the price :D
