There's no price you can put on traveling for work and staying at a hotel like this. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are incredibly cozy. The breakfasts feature high-quality products with plenty of variety—simply delightful. It's a perfect blend of cleanliness and elegance, all while being simple and comfortable. As always, it's a pleasure to work in this city and unwind at Secotel Alfonso XIII at the end of the day.

Everything was wonderful and clean, and the service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was very diverse, offering a little bit of everything. There was a slender waiter with dark hair named Vicente, who I asked for his name because he was so attentive, always checking if I needed anything else. He was empathetic, friendly, and polite. The housekeeping staff also left the room spotless. Kudos to the young man named Vicente; he is very pleasant and attentive.

I highly recommend this place. The location is unbeatable, close to all the attractions like the port and restaurants. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The breakfast offered a great variety, and everything was delicious and fresh. The reception staff were very friendly and addressed all our questions, which were quite a few. Without a doubt, if I return to Cartagena, this will be the hotel I choose.

i had an opportunity to stay at this hotel for 2 nights. During my stay I had my breakfast in the hotel's restaurant which had a variety of westers food and beverage's that was very well suited for my taste. The receptionists: Loli, Fran, Vanessa and Antonio were very helpful and always been friendly to help when I had to ask for help and directions.

Paqui and Paloma, the organizers of the XII AECOVAL Assembly, want to highlight the amazing service provided. Eva, the director, was incredibly helpful, the venue was perfect, the catering was top-notch with exquisite dishes, and the cleanliness, service, and reception were all fantastic. We are extremely grateful to the staff for their attention, especially Ceferino and Iván from the catering team, as well as all the waiters and cleaners. We hope to have the chance to return. The location is perfect and central. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent, right on one of the main streets of the city. The rooms are more than adequate, clean, and well-equipped. There is a small bar on the first floor and a breakfast room shared with the hotel behind (of the same chain). The parking has very spacious spots (you need to check in before leaving the vehicle). There is no gym, but for 8 euros, you can buy a day pass at a gym around the corner. The only "negative" point is the somewhat, let's say, unfriendliness of the receptionist in the afternoon (unlike the rest of the staff, who are all very nice). A very good establishment to consider.

On arrival the reception team of Jose, Mariana and Vanessa made the check in process easy and explained the parking arrangements and usual details of dining room location, meal times etc. During our 2 day stay I reported a problem with the shower and was impressed that they already knew about a general problem with hot water. We were informed that maintenance had it in hand and hot showers were available that night. Reception staff also helped with directions. The breakfasts were the best we gave had so far on our 4 centre break. Full marks to the dining room and reception staff.

Loli, Vanessa and Jesus were all very friendly and extremely helpful. They all made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was particularly good with a wide selection of food and beverages. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent water pressure in the shower with pleasant toiletries available. In-room tea & coffee facilities were well stocked.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location is excellent, close to all the main attractions, and the hotel itself offers well-maintained facilities. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious and varied. A special mention goes to Yeraldin, who served during dinner – always smiling, kind, and professional, she made every meal an even more enjoyable experience. Thanks to her dedication and warm attitude, my stay felt truly memorable. I can highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future
