Until January 31, 2026, everything had been going more or less well. However, that night was a disaster. They brought the wrong pizzas. I suggested taking a photo to show that they were incorrect, but they told me it wasn't necessary. After a while, they called me to say that everything was fine, that they had checked it beforehand. I was having dinner at a birthday party with relatives I hadn't seen in a long time, and the two who could only eat ham and cheese were left without dinner. A total disaster. I placed two orders, in August and December, and in both cases, a product was missing. Additionally, they took half an hour longer than indicated by the app. In the first order, we realized it after a while and I didn't complain. In the second, I complained after 5 minutes. They told me that when the delivery person returned to the store, they would bring what was missing. They never did. A disaster.

I ordered delivery at 9:19 PM, it’s now 11:44 PM and they still haven’t arrived. I’ve called several times and instead of answering themselves, the calls are taken by the switchboard, which also doesn’t answer, even though they are their own colleagues. A worker from another store had to help me talk to them, and it turns out they marked it as delivered. If they come, which I doubt now, they should know that I won’t pay. It’s an enormous lack of professionalism not to answer the phone during working hours, and let’s not even mention saying it has been delivered when it hasn’t. Or worse, they delivered it and didn’t check where or to whom. Shameful.

We went for dinner with 18 people for the all-you-can-eat and we ordered. Up to that point, everything was as usual; it took a little while, but that was understandable since there were many people. What is not understandable is that we ordered several pizzas with original dough and they brought us thin crust. We complained and reordered them with original dough, but they brought thin crust again. We had to complain again because one of us only likes the original dough, and of course, we requested a refund for his menu. Additionally, those who were serving us tried to mock us, even throwing the trays on the floor, one of them, "Chou," specifically. On top of that, we saw how other customers were being served the dough we were asking for. What they should teach them, besides having better manners, is that if a certain type of dough runs out, they should come out and inform us, allowing customers to decide if they want it or not, rather than serving whatever they feel like. The service was EXCELLENT, the food was good and appetizing, but the best part was undoubtedly the waiter Chou👨🏿‍🚒 (José). Fourth time using this restaurant and the pizza was great. Only gripe is that the staff members appeared to be interviewing someone outside so I had a ten minute wait to served.

pizza is good. very oily and cheesy so it is a bit heavy on the stomach but still an enjoyable experience. the best thing is the crust filled with cheese. the como y bebe sin fin is definitely the best thing to do.

I’m from the United States and I also used to work for a Dominos many years ago. The pan pizza was even better than back home. It was delivered quickly and hot. Nice to see them holding it down across the world. I highly recommend you get an Extravaganza with Pan crust and extra cheese

I loved the restaurant. The pizza isn't bad at all at a great price. It's crunchy, how and with great ingredients. It's also not plasticy. The location is convenient and yet still despite that you it is basically empty. That's an advantage for me. I was the only person there on a summer night showing just how empty it is. You can also get free refills on drinks, which is nice.
