Reservations are mandatory, and there is a waiting list to get a table. Everything was delicious, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. I liked everything except that I had food poisoning from the cuttlefish and squid tacos 🦑. We shared all the dishes with my husband, except for the cuttlefish and squid tacos. He is fine, but I felt nauseous all night and couldn't eat anything the next day after dinner at Albedrío.

I love this restaurant! Everything is delicious, the tapas are fantastic, and the waiters are very friendly and helpful. It's one of my favorites in Cartagena when I want to go out for tapas at a good price. I recommend ordering the assortment of croquettes, the leek timbale, the sobrasada toast, and the entrecôte in the center.

One of the best tapas bars in Cartagena. Great variety of tapas and dishes, online menu, spacious terrace, and exceptional service. The only thing is that you need to call to reserve because it tends to be full and even has a waiting list. The waiting time to be served is short, and the portions are very reasonable. The patatas bravas are delicious if you like aioli, and the montadito with pork, fresh cheese, tomato, and a layer of pancetta is also highly recommended!!! Very, very recommendable; I've been here several times and would repeat it a thousand times more.

Very busy when we passed but were offered seats at the bar with a kitchen view. The staff worked so hard. Outstanding service and exceptional food for such a good price. Best food of our Murcia and Cartagena stay so far. Hope to return

The best place to eat tapas in Cartagena. We highly recommended!! We’ve been here twice, about two years apart, and both times it was absolutely amazing! Reservations are recommended, as they were completely full within 15 minutes!

We went on recommendation. The service was excellent, very friendly, attentive, and quick. The food left much to be desired. Noteworthy are the shrimp tortillas and the tuna skewer. I do not recommend the croquettes at all. I believe the price is high for the quality of the food. On the positive side, there is a good variety of wines and drinks. The homemade tinto de verano was very good. That said, the service and atmosphere were impeccable.

We didn't have a reservation, but we signed up and were called soon for dinner. It's a really great place for tapas, everything was delicious. I recommend trying the toast with cream cheese and pepper jam, as well as the morcilla de chato murciano with parmesan. As for dessert, we loved the lemon cream with chocolate soil. We will return.

Fantastic lunch. Has a wonderful menu choice and such delicious food. I’d recommend booking a table or getting there early to go on the waiting list. Not only the food, but, the service and atmosphere were lovely. It’s great value for money and we would highly recommend - a must visit in Cartagena!!

Arrived on a Saturday to a very busy lunch service, friendly waitress advised there is a 5-10mins wait for a table. Service once sat was good and efficient, especially considering how busy they were! Came here based off other reviews and always get conscious it could be a tourist trap but this place definitely delivers! Great food, the tinto is so refreshing and delicious and felt like a fair price. Overall really happy and would definitely recommend for a visit if you’re in the area

So we went here and got on a waiting list which took about 45min, and when seated we got our order of drinks in after another 20min. The food arrived after nearly an hour. But we figured they were busy and tired, so can’t complain. Then we tasted the food. Why this place is busy is beyond me. Maybe the worst food I’ve had on this side of Spain. Thin wet pieces of bread. Burnt sausage, black burnt on one side and nearly raw on the other. Ok salmorejo, but fridge cold. Crocketas was ok and plentiful for the price but filled with ”cream” or cheese and not flavorful and rich like the other ones you’re used to in Spain. Patatas bravas is not with a brava sauce at all, some sort of ketchup and prepackaged garlic sauce. But in their defense, that seems to be a thing of Madrid and south of Spain. Probably shouldn’t have ordered patatas bravas here. All in all, we were laughing and saying we should have gone elsewhere. This place is a joke. But lovely and friendly waitresses!
